A: The quantity of TV's that receive service depends on the diseqC switch that you use. If your diseqC switch has 2 outgoing ports then you can connect service to 2 TV's provided that you have a receiver for each TV.

A: The Viewsat VS2000 Platinum and Extreme Model & Coolsat 5000 Platinum has the latest "authorized" firmware already preinstalled into the unit. The techs there are very knowledgeable on that subject but they are very impatient when dealing with newbies so I suggest that you preview their "newbie" section before you post a question.
NOTE: Downloading "unauthorized" programs could be illegal and will definitely void your warranty.

the warranty from our store and/or

changed the firmware and have a

receivers or any satellite equipment
for illegal purposes. There are

one of our in-house technicians will

to solve the issue, and exchange it

FTA (Free-To-Air) and some are encrypted (Pay TV). Note
that these lists can become out of date quickly as frequencies
and channels change often. With FTA system you can only watch
the unscrambled clear DVB channels. Other
scrambled channels are not free and require a subscription
from their provider.
